To produce a Carnival medal,firstly we will make 3D high relief for checking,then engraving molds,with molds ready,our technicians will polish mold and make it ready for die casting step after die casting,we will do highly polishing of the cut outs,medal loop etc area to make the medal with smooth front and back and cut outs and edges to remain high quality standard then we will send to plating process,different kinds of plating are available such as gold,nickel,silver,copper,antique silver,antique gold,antique bronze etc. however gold or nickel is the most popular and widely used one after plating is finished,medal will go to enamel stages,normally it’s soft enamel. It can be filled by either our automatic enamel machine or our professinal enamel workers who generally has over 2 years experience in this field to maintain smooth and clean enamel,then put it in oven with proper temperature,it will be baked to dry. After enamel is dry.100% inspection will be carried out by our professional QC worker then it will go to sew ribbon step,Carnival medal normally with narrow ribbon like around 20mm wide or with red+white rope or chains etc.
The last step would be package process and deliver to our customer with suitable shipping methods
