It’s normally without any colors,only metal finishing such as gold,nickel,copper,bronze or antique gold,antique silver and antique copper etc.

With rich experiences in producing medal,3D medal is one of the types what we do best. Our master technician rich experience can allow us to design very good 3D relief for our customer also our team is able to combine different material or process to produce a 3D medal. For example,we can produce 3D puzzle medals,different multiple medals could combine into a big medal.

3D medals are normally produced of zinc alloy material which is the most flexible process to achieve high relief 3D details and easily to achieve complicated shape or holes or spinning pieces.

The first step of producing a medal is that our designer draw the 3D artwork for approval then go to mold engraving after your confirmation of artwork. After mold is done,we will polishing the mold and die casting the medals,to drill holes or spurs then polishing medal before it goes to plating process. After plating,100% inspection will be done to ensure good quality then will use thin clear film to protect the medal from scratches during transportations. We are dedicated team to make good medals for our customer.

Our factory was established in 2010. We have very rich manufacture experience on customizing metal gifts such as badge,lapel pin,chellenge coins,commemoratives,medals,medallions,belt buckles,bottle openers,trophy etc.

Our Factory has 4500 meters square floor area, 80 plant workers, 5 automatic colour infill machines and 10 hand fill experienced enamel worker, 3 Zinc alloy die casting equipments, offset printing department, lanyard process workshop, and we have a CNC section which containing 8 CNC machines
