LED lapel pins manufacturing process is more complicated than normal enamel pins and since there needs a hole to show the LED lights,the most suitable material would be zinc alloy and producing as normal process,cutting molds,die casting to shape the pin then polishing and plating and after enamel filled,the led lights will be fixed at back of the pin and the buttons turn on or turn off the pin is also at the back.

Although LED lapel pin costs a bit more than usual enamel pin,but it would be more outstanding.

Also LED lapel pin can be also made of acrylic plate with printed image or logo on it,this would cost much lower than a metal LED lapel pins.

The process to produce LED acrylic lapel pin is to print the acryilc firstly,then cut it into shape and light holes on CNC machine,then fix the LED electornics on back,then fix the safety pin on back, a LED lapel pins is done.
