After mold is checked off,it will go to die casting process,when the casting is ready,our technicians will do highly polishing by hand for every single medal before it goes to plating pool.
After plating is finished,it either will go to enamel process(we are now having automatic enamel machine or labor both to make sure all enamel details is fine,neat,smooth),when color is done,it will go to ribbon sewn process.
Then we will do 100% inspection before package. For the package,we are doing very care job,we will add thin film wrap the medal to protect the medal from scratches or frictions during international transportation.
This is our common process for producing a marathon medal or sports medal.
